Center for Quality Initiative is an Organization who thrives to provide training in quality management system (QMS). In order to achieve this goal, the organization’s quality Objectives include the following - doctors

Highly experienced and qualified professional trainers working in the capacity of Lead assessor for more than a decade

Organisation is promoted by people who have implemented NABL and NABH as quality head in several laboratories and hospitals

Establish an adequately defined organizational structure

Ensure appropriate training and education that continuously meet or exceed the stated or implied expectations of our customers

Engage faculty with adequate experience in quality management system, NABL standard on lab quality and/or NABH/JCI standard based quality teaching

Promote excellence in quality training and tools necessary for accurate and timely dissemination of effective sustainable knowledge

Establish performance measurement indicators e.g. VOC or NPS that are consistent with the expectations of our customers and ensure that the indicators are met and constantly strive to improve upon

Performance is constantly improved by effective monitoring, review, and upgradation of the resources like manpower, equipment, and technology

Management is committed to implement good professional practices, and compliance with the standards of ISO 9001:2015 and other pertinent international standards applied for laboratory and hospital quality system
